Hatred

Sometimes I am just seething with hatred. My whole body seems to ooze hatred through every pore. It is amazing to greenlight this these days - for it has always been there, mainly suppressed.

I hold it most of the time - but sometimes it inevitably gets expressed. Why not? My body in particular feels so abused just from being here and all it has had to put up with and will have to continue to put up with.

For me personally (although I'm sure I'm not alone) there is also the hatred of other people, for all sorts of reasons. Mostly not their fault - mainly the "fault" of how screwed up it is to be human. Yes, there is the other side of human nature, but we've talked about the nice, loving side all our lives without really acknowledging the depths of the awfulness of the other side of the self. Stuff that no amount of therapy can fix.

Anyway, I put this out here as hopefully a safe place to do so. And for anyone else struggling with these taboo feelings - I'd love to hear from you.
